The Return Trip to America
Happy Birthday, Myxl!
Myxl has had birthdays away from home before (i.e., summer camp), but this was the first time he has had a birthday outside the country. Tia and Tio evidently wanted to make it memorable.
It was.
I didn't get him anything here (my gift comes later), but I made a card, as did the cousins, and they got him a Spanish shirt and cap
I also got to help Tia make the cake. Side note: it is very interesting to try baking in a place with no vanilla. Also, there was no milk in the cake; only yogurt (it was delicious), and we injected something that reminded me of Irish Cream into the cake after baking, which made the cake very moist.
We all had a wonderful time, although the weather got quite warm (90+ with humidity), and we went swimming.
After that, we really had to get started on packing, though...

The 8th Wonder!!!
Just earlier, we concluded our list of visits on my birthday with what's known as the 8th Wonder of the World!!! And no, it's not King Kong. It's a huge monastery! No pictures were allowed inside, but it's architecture looked somewhat of a cross between Romanesque and Gothic--and the outside is also remarkably beautiful!
I also saw swans!
It was a beautiful place and a great way to spend a birthday!

Woods and Waterfalls
Hi! Klenda and I went to a wonderful waterfall!
We had a lot of fun in the dome area you can see. It was kinda like a hot tub... with all the hot taken out. Oh yeah, and we also jumped down the waterfall. No, literally. And apparently, Zorg did something similar in his summer camp trip.
After that, we decided to take some artsy photos. How about some Martial Arts moves?
Okaaay, so we decided that maybe a change of tactic was required. We shot each other standing perfectly straight up.
So, yeah. We may need to rearrange our strategic positions regarding photography once more. However, it wasn't before long (oops) when we realized our true inner strength! Neither of these have been Photoshopped:

Like... Jackie Chan and Jet Li? |
How about Chuck Norris and... huh... Donnie Yen? |
How about Robert Downey Jr.? |
Um... Chuck Norris and... Arnold Schwarzenegger??? |

...And Some More Things
#1: A chapel! We found yet another one of these amazing places! Here are a few more photos:
Interestingly, it seems to have kind of an Eastern look.
#2: A playground! 'Nuff said!
#3: At the chapel, we took pictures of each other under a gate used for filming a movie (though why we aren't very specific about these things is because we don't know).
#4: Near the playground, there was a magnificent sunset! Here's perhaps one of my favorite photos from Spain:

A Castle...
We went to a castle! Not ruins, but a literal, still-standing castle! Apparently, this is still used for political occasions and several holidays! I really loved this place!
